Abstract
Krūties piktybinis navikas yra dažniausia moterų vėžio rūšis išsivysčiusiose šalyse, tačiau ji taip pat yra geriausiai ištirta ir labiausiai pasiduodanti gydymui. Dažniausiai šia liga serga 55-65 metų moterys, nors gali sirgti ir jaunesnės, be to, ligos ypatumai priklauso ir nuo gyvenamosios vietos. Apytiksliai 1 iš 8-10 moterų kartą gyvenime rizikuoja susirgti krūties vėžiu. Šiuo darbu buvo stengiamasi išsiaiškinti, kaip pasikeičia moterų, sergančių krūties vėžiu, psichologinė, fizinė, dvasinė būsenos, kaip jos emociškai reaguoja į chemoterapiją. Tyrimo objektas – pacientės, sergančios krūties vëžiu, kurioms taikoma chemoterapija. Atliekant tyrimą buvo vykdoma anoniminė anketinė apklausa, kurioje dalyvavo 60 pacienčių. Joms buvo atlikta krūties vėžio operacija ir taikytas chemoterapinis gydymas. Visos pacientės lankė dienos chemoterapijos stacionarą. Atlikto tyrimo rezultatai parodė, kad bendrą fizinę būklę pirmo chemoterapijos kurso metu 49 proc. nedarbingo amžiaus ir 37 proc. darbingo amžiaus pacienčių įvardijo kaip vidutinę. 60 proc. nedarbingo amžiaus ir 37 proc. darbingo amžiaus pacienčių teigė, kad joms dvasinis gyvenimas tapo svarbesnis. 86 proc. darbingo amžiaus ir 52 proc. nedarbingo amžiaus apklaustųjų įvardijo, kad susirgimas ir gydymas labai apsunkino finansinę būklę. Tiek darbingo ir nedarbingo amžiaus tiriamosios jautė ir gavo paramą iš kitų (draugų, giminaičių). Paprašius įvertinti balais, kaip sunku buvo sužinojus pirminę diagnozę, 80 proc. darbingo ir 32 proc. nedarbingo amžiaus pacienčių tai įvertino pačiu didžiausiu balu. Didžioji dalis tiriamųjų – 69 proc. darbingo ir 44 proc. nedarbingo amžiaus – pasisakė, kad žinia apie chemoterapinį gydymą buvo daugiausiai baimės sukelusi žinia.
Malignant breast tumor is the most widely spread type of women cancer in developed countries, though it also has been researched best and it best succumbs to treatment. Mostly women of 55-65 years old has it, although younger women may get ill too, moreover, the peculiarities of this illness depends on the place of residence as well. Approximately 1 out of 8-10 women have the risk to get breast cancer in life. In this work I will try to clarify how the psychological, physical, psychic states change of the women who have breast cancer, how they react to chemotherapy in emotional sense. Aim of the work – to evaluate the impact of chemotherapy on life quality. In order to reach the mentioned aim, 3 tasks have been posed: 1. To evaluate the impact of physical factors on women’s, who have breast cancer, life quality during the treatment of chemotherapy. 2. To determine the influence of social and psychological factors on women’s, who have breast cancer, life quality in the period of chemotherapy. 3. To estimate the influence of psychic factors on women’s, who have breast cancer, life quality during the course of chemotherapy. Object of the research – breast cancer patients, who are treated by chemotherapy. The research has been performed referring to literature analysis; also the anonymous questionnaire was carried which involved 60 patients. The patients had breast cancer operated and chemotherapy treatment applied. All the patients attended the daily chemotherapy stationary The used life quality questionnaire was designed for breast cancer patients. The research results have shown that the general physical state during the first course of chemotherapy was described as average by 49 percent of retire-aged women and 37 percent of employable women. 60 percent of retire-aged women and 37 employable women enclosed that their psychic life has become more important.
