Abstract
Darbo tikslas ir uždaviniai. Darbo tikslas. Įvertinti genų polimorfizmo ir įprastinių išeminės širdies ligos rizikos veiksnių sąsajas su vainikinių arterijų kalcinoze, tromboze ir ankstyvąja stentų tromboze sergant ūminės išemijos sindromais. darbo uždaviniai: 1. Nustatyti klinikinių ir genetinių veiksnių (CYP2C19 *2. *17, VKORC1 G-1639A ir CYP4F2 G1347A, C7256T, T449A genų polimorfizmo) sąsajas su vainikinių arterijų kalcinoze. 2. Nustatyti klinikinių veiksnių ir PAI-1 (-675) 4G/5G geno polimorfizmo sąsajas su miokardo infarktą sukėlusios vainikinės arterijos tromboze. 3. [...].
[...] Aim and objectives of the study. The aim was to evaluate the associations between gene polymorphism and common risk factors of ischemic heart disease and coronary artery calcification, thorombosis as well as early stent thrombosis in the presence of acute coronary syndromes. Objectives of the study. 1. To determine the associations between clinical and genetic factors (CYP2C19 *2. *17, VKORC1 G-1639A and CYP4F2 G1347A, C7256T, T449A gene polymorphism) and coronary artery calcification. 2. To detect the associations between clinical factors and PAI-1 (-675) 4G/5G gene polymorphism and thrombosis of the culprit coronary artery. 3. To find the associations between clinical and genetic factors (CYP2C19 *2 and CYP4F2 G1347A gene polymorphism) and the data of platelet aggregation in patients with intake of clopidogrel and aspirin. 4. To determine the link of clinical and genetic factors (CYP2C19 *2, *17 and CYP4F2 G1347A gene polymorphism) to early coronary artery stent thrombosis. [...].
